1. General provisions
1.1. 1.3. Data processing means any actions with Data, including, but not limited to: access, provision, distribution, collection, systematization, storage, accumulation, recording, transfer, blocking, deletion, clarification, updating and / or modification, depersonalization and others how the data is used by the Company.
1.4. The Data Controller is ADDRESS FOREVER Limited Liability Company (EDRPOU code: __________________).
The company provides users with the ability to quickly and easily make payments and at the same time guarantees the reliable safety of their data thanks to multi-level protection and the use of payment card tokenization technology using a data encryption system that allows making payments without disclosing payment card details. Tokens: protect personal information and transactions by transmitting payment card data in encrypted form; are created through mathematical formulas or random alphanumeric generators and cannot be used by intruders, as they do not carry any value. When registering a payment card on the Company's website, the user sends a request for the assignment of a token that will be used instead of the details of the added payment card. The acquiring bank performing the transfer and the payment card issuing bank use the available information about the payment card holder and his decrypted payment information to make the transfer.
1.5. The User, having registered on the Portal, while entering his personal Data and / or providing these Data in another way, and / or performing any actions within the site ________, and / or using any part of the site, and / or by providing consent - activated the “register” button, and / or activated (pressed) the “place an order” button through the site form (tick), and / or independently enters Data, namely: payment card number, card expiration date in the ______________ service form, which located in the User's personal account, and / or uploading documents, death certificate, medical death certificate, burial certificate, expresses his agreement with the provisions of this Policy and provides ADDRESS FOREVER LLC, as well as to third parties providing services to ADDRESS LLC FOREVER, in particular, but not exclusively, processing payments, providing financial services, shipping, authorizing the processing of your own personal data.

Users can provide the Data independently by posting such data on the Portal or by reporting through telephone channels and/or by e-mail and/or postal address of the Company, by filling out questionnaires (filling out a questionnaire or otherwise, including uploading scanned copies of original documents), or Data may be provided from other sources (in accordance with clause 3 of this Policy), for example, from User reviews (ratings, comments, confirmation of information) or other information from third parties provided in the course of filing claims, complaints and / or when considering disputes and /or information from well-known sources on the Internet.

information about the User's account (including login, phone number), e-mail address, login and password, account processing data, other Data necessary for servicing the Users of the Portal, communication with Users, including in the process of the User contacting Portal support service;
a scan of the documents (death certificate, medical death certificate, burial certificate) that Users upload to confirm the fact of the Subject's death in order to create Memorials (commemorative pages)
information that Users provide to the Company when concluding agreements on the provision of services by accepting a public offer posted on the Portal;
information necessary for communication between the Users of the Portal, including for the implementation and confirmation of transactions between sellers and buyers, receiving and sending messages, posting reviews, comments, making payments, to fulfill requests from Users and receive feedback from the User, if necessary information posted by Users based on the results of their service, reviews, comments, appeals to customer support, complaints, claims, other appeals;
data about the devices used by the Users, information about the websites of the Users and/or their mobile data (in case the User uses mobile applications) such as: ip-address; date and time when the User uses the Portal, information about the software, as well as the Internet browser used by the User, information about the operating system of the mobile device, information about the operation of the User's devices, individual device identifiers used by the Users;
data obtained as a result of conducting various surveys by the Company and/or third parties authorized by the Company in order to improve the provision of services to Users; information received by the company as a result of marketing activities;
information about the User's actions on the Portal (consumer behavior regarding purchased goods, works, services on the Portal), information about communication with other Users, including information left by Users in the form of reviews, ratings, comments or any other feedback from users; information according to which User ratings are formed, containing user experience and which Users leave on the portal as a result of interaction with other Users, which allows the Company to take the necessary measures in order to maintain quality service and avoid fraudulent activities;
information posted or provided to Users in the process of their participation in bonus programs, quizzes, promotions, special offers on the Portal, organized by the Company;
information received from Users by filling out questionnaires or otherwise notified to the Portal Administration (this may be information, including, but not limited to: citizenship, place of birth, education, profession, specialization, work experience, social status, family composition (last name, first name, patronymic of such persons, their gender, age, place of registration and residence, contact details), photo, video image of the User (and/or authorized person of the User, etc.);
information received by the Company legally from partners and/or third parties.
2.2. The Company may also process data using the following technologies

3.2. The Company does not process data related to race, nationality, political views, religious and other beliefs, membership in public organizations. Information characterizing the physiological characteristics of users, on the basis of which their identity can be established, is not processed either.
3.3. The terms of data processing and storage are determined based on the purposes of data processing, as well as on the basis of the conditions specified in the agreements concluded with Users in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
3.4. All members and others with whom we interact may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not want to continue to receive marketing emails from us and/or selected third parties, you should opt-out by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any emails we may send you.
4. Conditions for granting access to the Data
4.1. Disclosure of data is made when the User orders goods / services at _____ to the seller / supplier of such goods, services, but only to the extent necessary to identify the User and his order. In addition, data is disclosed when the User registers/authorizes in the Buyer's Account on the Sellers' Sites created on the basis of the ________ Electronic Marketplace platform.
4.2. In some cases, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Portal and improve the image of the Portal, the Company may disclose statistics on the operation of User sites without disclosing personal data and information that is a commercial secret.
4.3. The site ________, in addition, provides the opportunity to use Youtube API services. Personal data of Users using the Youtube API services are processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the terms of use of the Youtube API service, available at the link: Terms of Service, as well as in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, available at the link: Privacy Policy – Privacy & Terms – Google.
4.4. The portal contains links to other web resources that are not covered by this Policy.
4.5. The Company processes data on a lawful and fair basis: Data is not disclosed to third parties and is not distributed without the consent of the User, except as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights, in particular, but not exclusively:

The Company reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, to exchange data with state authorities in order to: prevent fraud on the Portal; settlement of disputes and clarification of circumstances that may cause a violation of the current legislation, as well as in the event that the Company detects illegal actions of the Users of the Portal and / or receives claims, complaints, appeals from third parties.
5. How to change/delete Data or withdraw consent
5.1. Users can change/delete personal information at any time, or refuse to send messages, or withdraw consent to data processing through their Personal Account or by sending a message to the email address: admin@address-forever.com or postal address: _____________________.
5.2. Upon receipt of such notification, the processing of User Data will be terminated and the data will be deleted, unless such processing may be necessary in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.3. The functioning of some features of _________ that require information about the User may be terminated from the moment the data is changed / deleted.
5.4. The Company processes and stores data for the purposes specified in this Policy for the entire period necessary for this.
5.5. The Portal Administration is not responsible in case of loss of the Data and/or part thereof, which occurred due to circumstances directly or indirectly not dependent on the actions/inaction of the Portal Administration, in particular: hacker attacks, system failures, illegal activities of third parties, etc.

6.1. When processing data, the Company applies all necessary technical, organizational, legal measures to protect data from unauthorized access to such data, including from changes, deletion, provision, distribution, and other illegal actions.

7. Additional terms

7.2. ADDRESS FOREVER LLC is not responsible for damage or losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Policy.
7.3. In the event that the provisions of this Policy, paragraphs or parts thereof, are found to be contrary to the current legislation of Ukraine or invalid, this fact will in no way affect the other provisions of this Policy, they remain fully valid and continue to operate in full, and are valid, and any other invalid provision or provision that cannot be executed without further action by the Parties shall be deemed amended, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.
