How does QR code work?

  1 Order a QR code on the marketplace or through Address Forever partner
• 

  2 You have a cardboard with a QR code for the memorial in your hands

  Press from below and pull out the QR code from the cardboard

• 

  3 Scan the QR code with your phone's camera and check if a memorial page is linked to it:

  • If the QR code is attached to a memorial page, you can proceed to the next step of installation
  • If the QR code leads to the main page of the website, you need to press the "Create Memorial Page" button. Later, contact support and provide the QR code number; they will help you attach the QR code to the memorial

  4 Attach the medallion with the QR code to the memorial, having previously cleaned the attachment area
• 

  5 The kit includes double-sided tape

  But you can also use mounting glue depending on the surface (location) of attachment, after degreasing the surface
